Currently, new Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are effectively not allowed in nearly all residential zoning districts in KCMO. Often called carriage houses, granny flats, tiny houses or even garage apartments, we’ll be discussing the benefits of ADUs to people and neighborhoods, and also listening to the concerns residents have about their use.
