Parking is everyone’s favorite topic. Whether we are talking about on or off-street parking, possible parking changes on Main Street, shared parking, parking garages, and everything in between… it’s always a flashpoint for conversations in Midtown. This month we invite Matthew Muckenthaler from the City of Kansas City to discuss parking management, best practices, and changes that are likely to occur in Midtown in the coming years.
