If you are Midtown-area real estate professional, be sure to join us on 5/21 for our Midtown Real Estate Exchange, aka Midtown REX. This is our quarterly event where real estate agents can share their available properties and/or properties that clients are seeking in the Midtown area.

Our guest speaker will be Kevin Klinkenberg, Executive Director of Midtown KC Now. Kevin will be discussing Midtown development projects and opportunities.

Coffee and refreshments will be served.

You are welcome to bring your flyers of available Midtown properties.
All flyers will be consolidated and shared with our mailing list of 500+ real estate professionals.

Street and Lot parking are available on Walnut, between 39th & 40th Streets. Entry is also on the east side of the building. Buzz for entry.

PLEASE NOTE: WALNUT STREET LOT IS NOW PAID PARKING
If you are park in the lot east of our building, you will need to enter your LICENSE PLATE # into the tablet for validation in our lobby. If you do not validate, you might receive a ticket.
